01 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WatchStack.io. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and WatchStack Intelligence Operations (“we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing the WatchStack Intelligence Node, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

02 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us.

Platform Proprietary

Intelligence aggregation algorithms, UI/UX architecture, and telemetry analysis patterns are exclusive trade secrets of WatchStack.

Open Intel Data

CVE records, NVD scores, and CISA KEV data are sourced from public domains and are subject to their respective creators' licensing.

03 Usage Policy & Restrictions

As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Systematic retrieval of data to create a competing intelligence database.
  • Use of automated bots, scrapers, or spiders without express written API authorization.
  • Circumventing security measures or rate-limits implemented on the Intel Node.
  • Using information obtained from the site to harass, abuse, or harm another entity.

"THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WATCHSTACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SECURITY BREACHES, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM FAILURES INCURRED DURING YOUR IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR DATA SUGGESTIONS."

User assumes all production environment risks.

Final & Non-Negotiable

05 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (or your primary legal jurisdiction for Global Operations).

In the event of any legal dispute, both parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in London, UK, to resolve any conflict arising under these Terms.
